This yoghurt is unbelievably amazing - I hear this all time in workshops!! 
 
Made with any dairy milk of your choice (and I have heard of people using plant based mylks), this yoghurt is simple to make. 
It is an heirloom perpetual seed yoghurt, meaning... it's ancient! Once you have the bug you can make this yoghurt for years to come! I have had my bug for nearly 5 years.
 
You can decide how much you make each time but it does need to be made at least weekly.
 
This starter has been fed with organic dairy milks.
